I require 50% of the fee to get started and 50% (Net 30) upon completion.

However, due to a variety of factors out of my control I cannot guarantee specific results. Factors may include, but are not limited to: product, market, price, and competition. Even outside events can impact how a marketing campaign is perceived by your target audience.
